ACRE Investments provides asset management services to third-party owners, including family investment partnerships, institutional investors, and corporate real estate owners.
The company interacts and coordinates with ownership groups to provide comprehensive property management functions. Additionally, ACRE Investments provides acquisition analysis, debt financing and capital raising strategies and implementation, marketing strategies including leasing and sales, capital improvement and reserve planning, and ownership entity structuring.

A Silicon Valley commercial real estate veteran with over 25 years of experience, Dan’s expertise in commercial real estate includes the acquisition, development, and management of investment properties—specifically market analysis, entitlements, design and construction, partnership structuring, equity raising, financing, lease negotiation, and ongoing asset management.
