PRESIDENT
A Silicon Valley commercial real estate veteran with over 25 years of experience, Dan’s expertise in commercial real estate includes the acquisition, development, and management of investment properties—specifically market analysis, entitlements, design and construction, partnership structuring, equity raising, financing, lease negotiation, and ongoing asset management.
Prior to founding ACRE Investments, Dan was President of Toeniskoetter Development, Inc. and President and CEO of Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc.
Dan has an Officer License and a Broker License from the California Department of Real Estate.
Dan currently serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the San Jose Chamber of Commerce. He is also the Past-President of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Associated General Contractors of California Santa Clara District, Senior Housing Solutions, and the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose.
Dan graduated with his degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
